Rivermaya Keeps on Flowing

Rivermaya changed their front man twice already. When this happened to other bands such as the Eraserheads, they disbanded eventually.
What is it that makes it a different story about Rivermaya? What do you think is the biggest factor to their band's strength?

I think, their biggest secret to their continued existence is, the managers of Rivermaya are so lucky they are always able to find new artists, new players, new talented musicians for the band, that can keep the band going. With other bands, when the strong man left, the weak ones are too weak to move on.

You're right. They are still considered successful because even though they lose some members, they were replaced with talented people.
