hatchlings application - do you play it?

i discovered this application just 2 weeks ago, after received lots of invitation.
and now i'm addicted also to this.
the game is very simple, we have to find eggs in our profile and in our friend's profile.
more eggs you find, more points you have.
the point is to find special eggs!
now i have discovered about 125 but there are people that discovered about 200!

I love Hatchlings! Just today I found about six eggs, and overall I've found four of the limited edition eggs. Have you tried playing 101 Eggs and More? It's similar to Hatchlings, and just as fun. :D

I've been playing hatchlings for a month or two now. I've had to quit playing off and on for a few days or even a week or so at a time because I've been busy with life and school but it is fun and interesting when I get the chance. I like searching for eggs and finding rare eggs before any of my friends do. It's like a competition or something.

it's sound fun , find eggs at profile ! is it free to play sites or need to pay and sign up ? what is the use of the eggs you find ?
