Order for a hearing

United States

On how many violations of my civil rights do you think that I could press forward for a hearing at 20 times the rate at which I began the process? I filed and had to come into alignment with the filing because a specific time period had passed at which time I was granted a little lee way to proceed. Then I went through the non-sense with my step-mother who was legally allowed to steal from my grandmother through a process of abusing her and me. I'm ready to write and request a hearing... How many violations of my constitutional rights do you know of? Did the detective lie? Did the district judge violate my rights to a fair hearing? Did the county court judge violate my rights to a fair hearing? Did the District attorney's office violate my rights to my pursuit of liberty and justice for all? Did my wife lie? Did my mother lie? Did my step mother lie? Did the church leaders lie? Did the local police cause harm? Did the local police try to cover up their actions? Did my step mother assist in my father's suicide? Where does it end? Is the whole world crazy or at least a majority of people who have been convinced that lying gets them what they desire, as long as they don't think beyond this life's existence.

I gotta song in my head this morning... When living my life right and making a right turn from right of center it is easy to be violated and become the victim of distracted people who cross the line... Or... Daddy has no right to life when married to an evil woman - it's a generational thing and in his memory I sing...

Liars always get caught in the end. Here's hoping that happens sooner rather than later.

It can't be soon enough, liars are horrible people, I can understand people making a mistake and fixing the mistake like my typographical error the 20 should have been 30 but either way it is a lot to ask for. I've made my mind up and I'm going to ask for it based upon moral, ethical and religious principles. Did I tell you of the request made to have my case dismissed? I think I'll report on that later... First things first moving forward. Thank You for the read and response, Peace and Blessings, Sincerely, Gary

Hi Gary, I really think you need a good lawyer, how can you fight this all on your own? it seems that everyone is against you and you need someone that will belive the truth, what kind of place do you live in? when they don't want to hear the truth. Tamara

The Country is the Great Super Power called The United States of America, now doesn't the speech of our President sound rather foolish to know that all the things a Democratic nation stands for is blatantly violated by the great Democracy he wants the world to embrace? I made a typo in this discussion, I wrote 20 times I really meant 30 times but what does it matter? How can I put a price on lost relationships because of the liars? You see the liars taught me what a lie really looks like so when I hear the Bible preached and people want me to believe that it is the inerrant word of GOD I can easily spot the liar and the lies both the preacher and those in the Bible. I can't believe the church as the leaders of the church were involved in the lies. A mistake can be corrected but a deliberate act that causes harm and is never accounted for is an act of injustice against heaven and earth. Thanks for taking the time to read and comment. Peace and Blessings, Sincerely, Gary
