Anyone ever hear of adult baby or infantilism?

I have been married to a infantilist ( adult baby) for many years. I wondered if there were any others out there, I read some previous discussions here on the topic and wanted to get any other takes, actually the marriage just takes some work on out parts, it is a diificult thing if not impossible for the male to overcome, it starts very early in childhood and therapy gives not much hope to overcome it. Has anyone had any experiance on the subject? would like any input I may get, BBW
