be successful in mentoring

to be a mentor is an important job. Some people would take offense of such a job, one must bear in mind a mentor is not there to make you feel inadequate or stupid. A mentor exists to show you where and how things can be improved and how you can get off to a fast start in your business.
One has to be focus and face the job in a positive manner. they must realize that they are doing it to shape lives.

There are many different kinds of people and some of them are mentors. I used to be a teacher myself and my primary goal was to give my students everything that I knew which is what the job required. I once had a teacher whose goal in life seemed to be to display his erudition without any regard to the needs of his students and the results were disastrous. He did not know so much at all. Cheers!!
