On your vacation, do you still keeping track of your exercise routine?

So, when people taking on their vacations, they tend to be relaxing. Not supposely follow everyday routine to impose yourself. But, sometimes on vacation, you can still keep up your exercise. For instance, if you are at the beach site, you can take a stroll at the sunset. At the mountain, you can take a hike around the nature; breath the fresh air around. On vacation, you can still exercise yourself.

I never have bothered whilst on holiday, I didn't even when on a trip where my fitness was important which was more than a little bit stupid of me. I need to step up my routine in normal life, let alone when away on holiday. So quick answer, no I never keep it up.

hi there, well actually for me it is really hard to keep up to the normal routine that we follow on a day to day basis when i go overseas or on a trip. well but what i would normally do is try to figure what i can do to actually keep myself exercising. well for example if i do joggin everyday when i am at home then when i do oversea and if i am in a area where i cannot run, i would try to do something that makes me perspire as much as i can comapared to running. Well apart from that i would try to substitute any other form of exercise that i cannot or unable to do in the place that i am spending a vacation at. Well basically i feel that its not the routine that we have to follow but the most important thing is to continue to do some form of exercise at least. Sometimes we exercise more when in holidsy, especially for those shopping trips. Those who love to take pictures, have to hunt for the right angle to take the picture. I love to walk all over the airport while waiting for the flight. Since there is a gap between check in time and boarding time, or between transit, it's a good idea to walk round the airport. I love to go for hiking trip. Usually curse and swear after a full day of walking. Aching legs are not nice, but the memories are nice.

Its so hard to keep exercise routine to continue in the vacation. But some of the body builders are still continue their exercise even in their vacations. In the todays exercising field steroid capsules is one of the bad habit is spread faster all over the world. Using the steroid it lead to diseases such as the cancers etc. so avoid steroid capsules while exercising it is so good for health good luck take care of your health.
