Hi, nirmalkumarinvit. I would say that there is no right or wrong on this matter. It should be a matter of learning difference. Every one learns differently. So it all depends on which type of learning you have. For me, study throughout the night before the exams help me alot. It does not mean that i burn the midnight oil at last minute. I do make the preparation before but only i still make the revision before the exam so that i can remind myself some important points and make sure i can remember the main points. Well, so far it brings me good results so i can say it is useful for me. But i do know someone who cannot make the revision before exam as it will put more pressures on her. So, it depends. What about you? Do you study throughout the night before exams? Have a nice day and happy mylotting!

I used to study till late at night and even on the same day in the school bus but I also noticed many who did not revise in the same bus, and still They get goos results so I find it strange but hopefully I continued my revision and now I don't regret it at all.It is always useful.

That definitely depends on you. If you're the crammer type, you know, who can remember a great deal of information right before the exam then studyuing the night before isn't such a bad idea. On the other hand, if you're a conscientious student who studies all the time it might be unnecessary for you to take out your books and review the night before a major exam... Some might even say it would make them nervous.

Hello nirmalkumarinvit!!! We all know that the better thing is be ready few days before the exam and on the exam day, just stay calm and repeat things. But this does not happen for most of the students. In my case, yes, I have to read till late night sometimes, I mean more of the times. Because exam is such thing, where preparation is not always 100 percent. In my case, I try to utilize the time I have to increase this percentage on and on, though it does not reach 100 percent. If I don't even touch the book, then it is sure that I am not going to get the good marks and that would be really bad thing. I have stayed continuously upto 4 A.M in my life. I know some students, who have even read the whole night without sleeping. But I think, at least, few hours of sleep is vital... Happy mylotting...

it depends on the person. if you really have a lot of things to do, you tend to study at the last minute. i've experienced studying just the class period before the exam! you should know how to prioritize so that you'd give more preparation to the subjects that need it.

Hi Its depends on our interest and feasibility , in our home my brother use to study in early morning , i use to study in night , since i cannot concentrate if there is any disturbance like tv sounds , vehicle noise etc . Scientifically studying in Early morning is good for health , since we can get vitamin D from sun light , believe that mind is fresh , breath a healthy air without pollution etc , night it the best time for sleeping as per Doctors and professionals

I study right up untill I take the test. Before the test I'll be out in the parking lot studying.... I can't seem to keep things in my head so after the test I forget everything :( I honestly think you should be studying for the whole term though that makes it easy. I took a class where we had tests on what we learned at the end of each week. That was helpful because then I knew I knew the data. Also made studying for the final a lot easier.

Well i start my studies atleast one month before the exams. I do mostly revisions the night before the exams. But I don't touch my book while i am going to the examination hall because i start doing it and feel that i don't remember a word.

being a law students you have to be on your toes... still somehow i manages to complete my studies in one nigh just before the exam.. i'd say it's not a bad deal either...but it sure is a tiring process and one should not depend on the last night fight
