What situation is it alright to speed?

Ok, so i'm compeletely against driving over the speeding limit, yet for some reason i allow my friends to do it, even when i'm in the car. The consequences are getting a fine, going to jail, or killing others or even yourself! But what if your wife is pregnant? What if your pregnant? What if you're trying to get away from a psychotc killer? Or what if your just late to a very very very very important meeting that could determine your whole future. So tell me, WHAT SITUATION IS IT RIGHT TO SPEED?
