A Friend Needs your help ...

A friend in another country needs your help. So what, do you do? I need some answers for helping this friend.
You see i met this friend over two years ago. They live in the Philippines. Life there is very hard, contrary to what some people may think. Cash is not easy to come by, and often times, the people have to leave the area just to make money.
He has a family which makes it very hard for him to leave for work. However, he does work, and works very hard, often times going into the most dangerous areas.
First and formost, he can use your prayers. If anyone is interested in helping him out, i will post his address.

I think when a friend is in a differect country it is difficult to help them. Be there for him, and support him. Offer him some good advice, help him find some cheaper options maybe. Wish i could help. That is the best way i think you can help, its always difficult when they are far away. You feel a need to help, but distance makes it so difficult! I wish him all the best of luck, and hope you find a good way to help him!

Yes, i have tried looking into lower cost options for him. They do live at the poverty level, and have already lost their house this past year, because of a flood. That was a pretty bad flood, it was even shown on t.v. They had planned on returning to their home, but fate as it turned out, did not allow that, when the weather turned once again, and i think it was almost destroyed that time.
I had planned to go to the Philippines a few years ago, but it did not work out for me to go over there. Since then, i have also had to move, after being the victim of a real estate scammer.

Absolutely. Prayer is very powerful. Every time he writes to me, he ask for prayer first and foremost. Seldom does he ever ask for anything else. I ran short on cash because of my move, and have been unable to send anything for the past few months. I know that went hard on them, because they too lost their house, and had several tragedies come about there.

Right now, his family is in need of cash. He is trying to put his daughter in school, but cannot afford to. He recently lost his brother because they could not afford the treatments for his kidneys.
He also is in need of a laptop computer, and a KJV Study Bible.

id love to be freinds i will keep them in my prayers. i aslo dont work i was on ssi in calif but when i moved to lousianna 3 months ago they cancelled it they said my dh made to much monethe dr put me on it as i had to have a kidney removed y and i have been on it for 12 years.

Oh that is terrible that they just took you off. It's hard to find work, once you have been on that for any length of time.
