Are non stick cook ware bad for health?

                    I have used non-stick cookware for quite sometime and I dont think it causes any health problems. If you buy good quality branded non-stick cookware and use wooden spatula, the coating does not come off. And you have to clean it with soft sponge. That way the coating stays for years...non-stick cookware uses less oil, which apart from being healthy, is a good way to save money too.

                            I agree with you. If you buy a good quality utensils and use in the proper way, then you can use for years, I dont think the coating comes off that easily.
