I have heard some where that non stick cookware are not good for health, is it true that the stick material is bad for health as it comes off very soon and is cooked with the food you prepare!

I have used non-stick cookware for quite sometime and I dont think it causes any health problems. If you buy good quality branded non-stick cookware and use wooden spatula, the coating does not come off. And you have to clean it with soft sponge. That way the coating stays for years...non-stick cookware uses less oil, which apart from being healthy, is a good way to save money too.

I agree with you. If you buy a good quality utensils and use in the proper way, then you can use for years, I dont think the coating comes off that easily.
