that eating yellow fruit banana is there secret in
there life thats why still they are.
I did not forget it after a year over I remembered
that the artist saying that is died for some diseases
he felt. I asked myself why he died that he used to ate
banana? What is your reaction wit this topic?
Does it help to us in living longer or not ? I need
your opinion about this case.

I hope this is the case because I am always eating bananas every day! I eat them to give me energy maybe there are a lot of nutrients that our bodies need, fruits are extremely good for us and help us internally, so I wasn't surprised to hear about bananas helping us live longer, but it also has to be related to a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle, no good if you if lead a very unhealthy lifestyle and eat bananas, so there has to be a balance.

Hello wolfie. I quite agree with you on this point that there has to be a balance between a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle. Only when these two are well balanced can one enjoy his longevity. I think that my dear wolfie has given a great answer to this. You are great, wolfie.

Hello genius tiger. Like what wolfie has mentioned in his response, I think that it is very important to balance ourselves in food and lifestyle for us to enjoy a long life. Fruits are good to our health, but if we don't have a good way of life, we cannot expect to live up to the age as we wish to. Take care, friend.
