Myself, I take Dandelion Root (520 mg), a Kelp capsule (660mg) and Omega-3 soft gel (180EPA/120 DHA) My vitamins just ran out, a multivitamin by MegaFood. Have you found them to help? I started taking the Kelp for a natural source of Iodine since my sea salt doesn't have it. I was also told it helps with hypothyroidism and the Dandelion helps balance your body's fluids.

I don't take any vitamins or supplements. You should just eat a healthy diet then you don't have to worry about it. Unless you're elderly or suffer some sort of deficiency, I doubt you really need to buy supplements and try to make yourself healthy. That's more for athletes that lose a lot of their vitamins and minerals through exercise. Those are the people that need to replace them.

Well, their are many processed foods that will leach the vitamins out of your body and that is why I go this route. The one main reason I stuck with vitamins--Im talking good ones, that are whole food based and not heated--is because I really had so many allergies and I found after taking my vitamins for a few months that now I rarely ever have problems. I also eat mostly a vegetarian based diet and use fish for meat and I realize theirs some things I need and cannot get or its just easier for me to take them.

I am taking Fern C is a vitamin C in sodium ascorbate form. It helps boost my immune system, an antioxidant that helps in maintaining optimal health. This is nonacidic so I can take it anytime I want without any negative effects.
