brother fighting!!!!!!

friend, few days ago i have seen one incident when one brother is fighting with another. in two of them, one is drunk and totally out control due to drunken so much.but another one wants to took it home whose looking good by nature .but ,after sometimes they suddenly start fighting. i try to stop fighting between the two. but i have question in my mind from that day. why people drink so much that loose their control??
can drinking is good??
why government does not ban this bad things??
why does not taken major action against this problem.whats the solution of this problem??

Alkohol is something that should be used in a matter that you do not have got to much of it. Alkohol in large amount make us lose some inhibition
That means you do not really know what you are doing at the moment or you just do not take the time and think before you do something. I do not think it is the gouvernment that should be the first one to take actions about alkohol and it´s use. It should be the family first, I think. If anyone have such problems with alkohol, they should not have it, they should stay away from it.
Alkohol, Tobaco two of the things the gouvernement get lots of money from the buyers becouse of the taxes that we pay. I am a smoker, and I would like the gouvernment to make it forbidden to make and sell tobaco, in that way it should be much easier to let go of it and also stop waste all the money to hunt us down and no longer have places where we can smoke....double morality is every where and that is something we should do something about.
