The worst experience I've ever had with eBay and PayPal

I need input from anyone who has any experience dealing with eBay and PayPal. I have always been an honest eBay seller and worked very hard to keep my feedback rating at 100%. I recently took a job seling items on consignment, through a legit employment company, for an eBayer who said their account got hacked and they could no longer sell on eBay. (I know, that should have been my first clue) She was selling iPhones and I would get fees paid plus a commission on each one sold. I sold two phones, sent her portion of the proceeds, and then sold a second phone. PayPal put the funds on hold for the second phone until it ships, which I have no control over. Meanwhile, the consignor tells me she can't ship the phone without the money. I told her she needed to email him about reversing the PP charge and paying her directly by cc or something. Meanwhile, as all this is happening, I bought a phone myself on eBay, and then relisted it for sale. It sold for $200 more than I paid for it. Unfortunately, the guy I bought it from still hasn't shipped, so I haven't been able to send it on to my buyer. So, PP sees another expensive item paid for but not shipped. I sold another item that I haven't received yet, although it is coming from a company vs an individual, and PP wants to see proof of delivery on that one as well. Meanwhile, the consignor says that someone bought two phones from her and could they send the payment to me and I could Western Union it to her, minus the fees. Not being aware that any of these other things have happened yet, I told her to go ahead. She sent $1,200 and I then sent it on to her via WU. The next day she asked me to do it again, I stupidly said okay, for $1400. I sent it on via AMEX gift cards. Now mind you, all of this has transpired in less than 48 hours, so some things were done before I could know they would be problematic. Well, the two payments I sent to her got screwed up, too. The WU payment got reversed and sent back to my acct. The AMEX order was cancelled due to "suspicious activity". Unfortunately, both cash transaction show up as items needing shipped in PP, even though there were no items associated with it. PP has placed ahold on my account pending shipment of all items. I fired off a pretty nasty email to the consignor because I believe she knew exactly what she was doing. I refunded the one cash transaction that had been cancelled. I sent an email to the person who sent money on her behalf and asked them to go into their PP avccount and mark it as received so the hold will lift from that item. I have refunded the money from the one phone I sold for her, but she has the money for the other one and I can't afford to refund it myself. I have two drop ship items that will sell tonight and no way to receive the funds or pay to ship them. I have emailed PP and get nothing but an auto reply. I am so embarrassed by this.I have gone to the post office when sick with the flu just to maintain my good reputation and now it looks like it is all going down the drain.

Hi :) I don't really know what to say to help you, but I'm sorry you find your self in this situation. I have read a lot of websites saying that you can make a lot of easy money with drop shipping and it does seem like a good idea sometimes. I run an Ebay store and the inventory takes up half of my bedroom. I have never attempted dropshipping, though, because there are so many things that could go wrong, like what has happened to you. I guess if I was in your situation, I would try to accept that 99% positive feddback is ok, try to sell a few more items now so that the negative feedback (if you get it) isn't on your first page. Maybe if you don't have access to paypal, you could use a friend's paypal account? Just send a message to your buyers saying please send money to another PayPal??

Was wondering what you sell and if you make a profit on it.
