How many ideas do you have, and you know how to deal in all situations?

If you are in a situation, you know to take a good decision, or can make something when you don t have something?I mean, if you need to deal with a situation, you can manage, or need ideas from others? In your mind come a idea just in a minute or you will think a lot what decision you must take? to take a decision just in a second, to have a idea all time , is something who you can make in short time? i ll give a simple example; if you don t have something for your food, just in a min you can have other idea? Or if your car don t want to work, you will call just in a second a taxi, or call your husband to ask him what you can do? if you don t like your old clothes, you know that just with an accesory you can change your clothes?
