Disgusting Internet Connection

Last two weeks ago we have a terrible communication block out experience in our company. This was started when our mobile subscription was temporarily disconnected due to failure to pay old accounts. On that same day our internet connection was also disconnected it was due to connection problem with the main line of GLOBE Telecom. It is quite an embarrasing moment for us because we could not do anything as if we all waiting for the internet connection to back on line. We already tried to call the hotline number of the GLOBE Telecom to update us regarding the interruption and disconnection with our internet connection. The operator told us that it will take an hour to resume the internet connection so we take a break and wait for the their call and updates. But days has passed but no calls were made but still we continue to call their hotlines but still we received the same message as in they already scripted it out what they will say to their complaining subscribers.

Internet connections in Bacolod area seems to be in a bad shape lately especially globe's. I have read many complaints about that provider... The best thing your company could do is SWITCH ISP's. If that can't be done, then prepare to battle the customer care everyday, hehehe. Welcome to Mylot friend.

I agree with your opinion but the decesion is all upto our boss if she agree to change isp. Anyway if she will decide either to change or not stil she is the one who call and argue customer care hotline and that will be the most glories day of the call center agent. hehehe
