Sincerity is do something without expect any reward.Sometime, I did not realize that I often do,especially about help others,I do not quite in sincerity.Hope they say thank.I think,a little difficult to maintain sincerity.Sometime,to help other,we have to give up something.how about you? What do you think about Sincerity? Thanks for your share.

Thats a wonderful atittude to maintain. Time will come that you will not know that it will come to ou somehow. This like to the saying that "what you planted is what you reap and harvested." So even not computing the goodness we have later on in our daily undertakings we will remember many good things com back to us its because of what we dop to others.Maintaining that behaviour makes you a happy man always and peace of mind.

yeah, it's not natural to expect a "thank you" when we offer help to people though many of us boast that helping people is kinda happiness. But I don't think many people can reach that higher level.
