I think maybe we watch too many movies!!
We went to Blockbuster today to get a couple movies to watch tonight. On hubby's days off we tend to watch 1 family movie and 1 movie for just us. Today we were looking for a movie for just us, as we have a couple of family movies I borrowed from the library.
We must have spent an hour trying to decide what we wanted to see. Every movie that's out that looked at all interesting, we've already seen!!
Would you say we watch too many movies? Have you ever gone to the video store and not known what to get because you've already seen everything good?

I have that on my Blockbuster list, so I will eventually see it. Let me know how it is. It looks good. Only reason we haven't seen it sooner is hubby doesn't want to watch it.

You know how you feel when you hear about a child being abused or something that like? You get that feeling in the pit of your stomach, and the only thing you want to do is hug your own children?
Hubby's worried Changling is like that, which is why he doesn't really want to see it. Was it like that, or will we be able to handle it?

I get that feeling with a lot with movies, that I can't find something worth watching because I've seen it all. But on the flip side it does give you an opportunity to explore older movies, which I find I am doing a lot more these days. Probably for every one new film I watch these days I rpobably watch about 5 old movies, many of which were made before I was born.

We do that too. Last night we watched the very first Indiana Jones movie which I'd never seen before.
Thanks to my unlimited rental account, I don't mind watching a lot of old movies, or seeing a good movie over and over. Everyday we think of something we haven't seen in awhile and want to watch it again and we'll add it to our queue.

We usually have the opposite problem. We don't rent movies very often. So when we go there are so many that we want to see that it is hard to choose which one to get. Our movie place has a selection of kids movies that are free to rent so we let the kids pick from there. Then we have to decide which movies we want to see more than all the other ones. Usually my husband and I both pick one we want to see.

I know exactly how you feel. I don't watch a tonn of movies, but I am extremely picky about what I want to see.
It is really hard for me to find something interesting whenever I want to watch a movie.
