Yes I also have the same problem. When I'm still studying back then my hands is sweating everytime I writing on the notebook the paper gets wet. I need to hold handkerchief very often and it is very embarassing when you need to shake some other hands. I sweat excessively there some incidence that my classmates got grounded on me that time. I'm using the computer that time when I touch her and my palm is very wet I think that is the reason why she got grounded on me.

i ever consult a few doctor before , all of them give me the same answers - "it is not so serious , still ok , most of the people are like that , don't alway wash your hands and do not put powder on your palms to make it smooth , it will make it worst "

My cousin has sweaty palms and she had to bring a lot of tissues to school, especially during the semester tests. Her mother told me that she has a heart problem, that's why her palms keep sweating. But I read a website recently and it said sweaty palms caused by psychological factors. Read this website below for further info: www.cureswatypalms.com

Hello regal_aeros. I have the same condition as you. Ive had sweaty palms since I was young and Im really bothered by it. There was a time, that I have to hold hands with somebody. My hands were sweaty then. I have to wipe my hands with a hanky. It was very uncomfortable. There was this time in school, I was about to recite in class. My palms were dripping with sweat. My hanky was very wet with the sweat. I hated that when it happens.

Hello Regal, I know of a friend before who has a sweaty hands. Somebody told him to soak his hands for five minutes in his own pee. He should do it first thing in the morning after he wakes up. It works and the sweaty palms stop. I'm not sure if it will work on you. But you can try..there's no harm in trying. Good luck. By the way it lasted for one month so be patient...

Do you feel nervous most of the time or is it just normal? I don't have sweaty palms but then, I can make my palms sweaty if I want to. Sound strange but it's true tts hot!!!!!

The best thing that i can suggest for you is to visit a dermatologist. They can tell you what the situation is and and any possible treatments. Don't worry, it is just all about how your body reacts and paces toward any physical activities involving your hands.
