what do you live for?

it is said that " we can survive only when we have matter, can live only when we have idea". now, almost all of us are living a ordinary life. we study when we are students, we work when we are employers...it seems that we do things every day to continue our life, no matter how boring it is. since it can afford our daily life. i am confused many times that what are we doing this for in earth? in general, we work to earn more money. wealth is always the end of our pursuit. money is the end. so this confused me a lot. i do not konw why. what do you think? what do you live for?
life is a long journey, so what do you live for? i need your ideas! thank you!

Well I don't really know what I actually live for just yet, as of now I still just wake up in the morning and do pretty much nothing really, just turn on the computer and post on myLot then just surf the Internet for the rest of the day. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

i am living for my future patients. i am studying medicine not because i would want to earn money, but because it is what i want to do. this sounds too hippocratic but this is how i view all the joys and hardships i experience in med school.

Right now I can say that I am living for my son and hubby. My hubby and me were students and we married quite early…so financially we went thru a lot of ups and downs but we stuck it out together…even now and forever I want to support him in as many ways as I can. Secondly, there is our only child who will be 10 this July…as his mother, I have to be by his side as long as he needs me.

Hai redkey65, I live in the world be guided by holy book in my believe.Base on my faith that live to worship.Just do alot for the world seemingly you will live forever and do a lot for your hereafter seemingly you will die tomorrow.Everything we do is worship if we do by good intend or keenness.
