Photo Up Load .. where is it ???

Can any of you MyLot Pros tell me why it is that sometimes on the side it has a link where I can "add an image" and then other times it is non existent??? Is it only when you start a new posting that you can add an image as a newbie???? I tried to add a pic when I responded to a post like someone had done in the post I was responding to (note he has a number like 1935 and all I gots is 184) so maybe is it a milestone priviledge? I know I can go prob find it under the FAQ's but MyLot veterans seem to have the answer in a clearer, quicker and more efficient way . .
