Do you like to eat, eat anything that comes in front of you or served you or are you too chooosey in your eating. i am a bit choosey. i dont eat everything or anything that is served to me. i dont like fried and i dont like too much od sweet too. i dont ike to eat everytime so my time is also a thing that have to looked at when i eat anything. i do prefer eating salads more often and when i am out rather than munching things like chips or coke o pizzas or burger that are high in calories and fat .

I myself do like to eat but I am also choosy. I am a vegetarian, so I will not eat meat, fish or anything that crawled, walked, lived or breathed on the earth. I don't like the taste and more importantly I love animals. Now, I think if you were to eat anything that comes in front of you at any time in the day, you would have a tremendous amount of weight gain. The best goal is a happy medium, eating when you are socializing with family or friends, a healthy snack in between meals, etc. Eating to just pass the time will probably make you overweight. I can think of lots of things to do to pass the time and eating is not necessarily one of them. Other than eating in social situations, I think the best thing is for one to eat only when his/her stomach tells them it is hungry. With the exception of those who have a hard time eating due to illness, eating this way will keep you at a decent weight level and you will be healthier and feel better if you follow this plan.
