How would you just start out?

Let us say that your are just starting out on your own. You have lived with Mommy and Daddy your entire life, you were too poor for college so you don't have a degree, but you looked around yourself and realized that you needed to pack your bags and start your own life. How would you go about this? What city would you choose? What job, what kind of dwelling would you live in? As you lived your life on your own, what type of stuff would be your first things to buy for your home? Would you live someplace that you needed a car at? Or would you opt to do everything on foot? Would you splurge on the internet? Or would you choose to go to the local library for your internet needs? I'm interested in finding out what you would do. I screwed up already. LoL, but maybe some of your ideas might somehow save me and get me back on the right track?
