My First Template!

I started doing my business as I said in a different discussion. I created this as my first template in Photoshop CS3, and am currently working on cutting it up into a web page, and adding some Javascript to make it interactive. I have the layout ready and then I can cut it up. It is a Web 2.0 style. It is a blue diagonal style, it is quite different and clean. The menu is kind of cramped so I am changing the font size so that it is changing to a small font so that everyone can see each one individually instead of the cramped look style that it has right now. I am done for today in web designing and am going to relax by posting my discussions here instead. Please tell me your comments and thoughts on this template:)
