I offer you a comment telling you you should refrain from posting links, instead. There are a lot of sources on internet on which you're able to find information as to website traffic. Perhaps you could consult them.

At a first glance it is not clear what your site is about, this causes lots of bounces. I would make a "what is..." section if I were you.
