Geez! It was active. This is scary.

What I find interesting and frightening would be, in my humble opinion, that he found a second missile and didn't keep it because it looked active. That might mean there is another live missile floating in the water ready to blow up some boat passing by.

Yes, if I had found or snagged something like this I would have totally turned it into the proper authorities. I would never keep it for a souvenir or keep it on my boat for 8 days in case it went off. I am glad that they took it to the air base and had it explode safely. Just think though he found other but let it go..cause he suspected it was active.. I just hope that it gets found and done away with properly wouldn't want anyone to get hurt.

No...I would have called the Navy or the coast guard. But I do have some questions...why was it there...why didn't anyone notice it? Did you watch the video...I kept waiting for something else to happen but it didn't. And that warning...at first I thought Duh.who would not called about it but then I realized what I just read and thought like the universe...the boundaries of stupidity are infinite.

I don't think I would have even put it in the boat. I would have left it right where I found it. I would not want to get blown up by that thing.
