I thiank there may be two reason for deducting teh amount because they have rule that atleast in 3 month(90) days the member has to log in once and have to aprticipate in discussions and another reason may be may be the postings you have done that mayhave deleted due to breaking he terms and condition of my lot so they may have deduct but this is a nice and legit ssite you do not affraidand spend some time and post messges at least once a wek and see your earnings will only increasing not decreasing

You have a point there, maybe the discussion starter did not logged in here for three months or 90 days that's why the earnings turn back to zero. According to the guidelines, if a user was not active in that period, the earnings will be forfeited so it is important to login here at least once in a 90-day period to maintain the earnings. Another cause for the deduction of earnings was the deletion of posts. A response or discussion is subject to deletion if it violates the guidelines.

Can you make it us more clearly, how long you have been inactive? 'a few month' not really clear to explain. 1,2 or 3 months. I think after 3 months your account became inactive. I read it on terms and condition. thanks

I'm sorry to hear that your earning have been set to zero kkchin. But it is a part of Mylot policy. It is given in the FAQ i think that if you are inactive for over 90 days then your earnings are reset to zero. There is no way around it i'm afraid. Don't worry you'll earn money soon and soon your earnings will be more than before. Happy Mylotting

I just heard about new policy about this matter, so you have to read the policy again. It might state it some where. as far as I heard from my friends on mylot said if you are not active and your have some amount of money here then it will be taken away.

MyLot FAQs: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx#21 I haven’t posted anything on myLot for several months. I logged into my account today and my earnings are missing what happened to them? *Our terms of use state that if you don’t login to your account at least once over a 90 day/3 month consecutive period of time your earnings are forfeited. Please remember to login at least once every 90 days. You don’t need to post any new discussions or respond to discussions, you just need to login to your account so that we know your account has not gone idle. Happy mylotting...

I happened to log out for two days on mylot and when I came back I saw that more than $0.13 is decreased. I was so frustrated and I wanted to drop but eventually I begin to like mylot a lot so I stayed back. And if mylot finds that one of your discussions or responses goes against their guidelines then they will delete them an you will lose earnings so better to very cautious. If one is inactive for long time then most probably the earnings will decrease for them.

I did not hear that before and just now from your post. Well, maybe they have updated it so we will be forced to visit this site frequently. I will advice you if you have earnings and it reached to payout then get it the lowest payout.

You need to active at least, even if you don't respond to discussions. I know that I couldn't stay away from here for months as it is just a great place to be. I love it here and I have learned so much. I like the fact we can share our opinions with others from all over the world. Everyone's culture is different and that is what makes this site so unique. I am having fun here too, and that is the best part as I can come in here and just be myself. I am here to stay for however long I can be. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I think there's a lesson to be learnt here. Keep active on mylot. Log in everyday. I'm finally getting it.

Let's continue the conversation and see what happens to the number on your right and how that impacts on your earnings. What do they call that number - feedback no.? reputation no.?
