Playful adults ....

It is so rare seing a couple really playing together and enjoying themselves as they did when they were dating.
It is a scene I love to watch. I think far too many of the little things which really makes a relationship special gets lost along the way and then the relationship becomes a drag.
There is one elderly couple (the husband is a principal and his beautiful wife the Vice Principal for a local school). They have no kids of their own and so consider their charges to be their own. They are ever so pleasant and loving and yet stern and incharge.
This couple still puts on some music and waltz away to it all by themselves while at home. They look out for each other so much and make game of each other, always subtly teasing.
I love seeing playful adults especially couples... Dont you?

Yes I think you make a really valid point. I think the magic of any romantic relationship has a lot to do with this sort of playful behaviour. My partner and I have been together for nearly two years no and we have managed to maintain the ability to still be 'silly' around each other. I hope it is something that we never lose.

Yes, I agaree with you and I like to watch playful adults. Yes, it is rare to watch and in my place we don't have many options or opportunities to play. I would like to be playful. But, I am very busy with work at office and a lot of work to do at home. Especially during weekends I will be busy with cleaning house, really difficult to find time to play.

Ever tried running away from all that house work...Just leave it for a while and go enjoy yourself with your family. House work is just never done and we always end up working our fingers to the bone trying to do just that.
I watched my Mom try the same thing while we were growing up and she hardly ever had time for much else. Then we became old enough and started to do our part but it stil just never seems to be enough. Boy oh boy....
....Ive earnt to just give it up some imes in the name of sanity
