How do you improve your vocal skills?

They say practicing is the best thing to do. I do that. Given that this is my range and the sound of my voice, how do I improve my voice quality? How do you have a stronger vibrato? What do you do so you don't run out of breath in the middle of a tongue-twisting, minute-long script line?
Thanks for all the advice. :)

when i was a choir member in my younger years, our vocal coach always tells us to avoid cold drinks and ice cream. those are some that irritates our throat. the next thing he told us is to drink ginger juice. you boil some pinched ginger in a pot of water. it will taste better if you add some sugar and drink while it's warm. we call that juice "salabat". and it's great with our local delicacies served during christmas season...

well as far as being able to not run out of breath i think you should work on strengthening your diaphragm and adjusting how quickly you release air. do breathing exercises often (preferrably when lying flat on your back) and time how long you can stretch holding and slowly releasing your breath. You should improve over time :D

I don't have much of an advice. LOL
