Health refers to the condition of your body. If you are not sick, you are healthy. Hygiene refers to how clean you are. If your toiletries are clean, you are hygienic.

Health means freedom from disease or pain. That's why when the doctor say that you are healthy, that does not mean that you should be ultrathin. It simply means that your mind and body are in good condition. Hygiene means cleanliness or a system of standards for preserving health and disease prevention.
