I have been inside my country my whole life and I don't have the inclination nor the finances to get out of my country. I would go if I had the money. Cheers!!

well, being in our own country the whole time isn't that bad. i suggest we better explore own own place first more than anywhere else.there are couple of nice places in our country and just be proud of that.i also often look for pretty places in the internet. i feel like i have been there too.

Yes, I was. I have been to different countries. Some of those were for training and some was for conducting some training. The country that I stayed for quite a while was in Netherlands considering that I was there for training. I was also in Belgium for a quick tour. I have visited Singapore, Malaysia and was able to visit the different islands of Maldives. Surely it is great to visit different places but I always prefer to stay in my motherland, the Philippines.

No, i haven't and i don't think i would love it. I simply hate travelling. I'd rather stay home and stay here in my hometown. I know there are lots of great places out there but i don't think i would be comfortable. I like it here with my family and friends.

i am sometimes like you too. i had the opportunity to go with my husband but i don't think that's practical for us. i find it inconvenient to process papers in the embassy and other institutions. i also didn't experience long hours in plane.

No, I have never been out of my country I've wanted 2, infact when my grandparents took some of my friends out of the country to Isreal for a trip some youth thing to do with their church. They forgot to ask me if I wanted to go and by the time that they realized that I could have gone with them it was already too late everyone had their passports but me and everyone had raised the money to go. I would have loved to go to Isreal. They went in 2000. I've always wanted to go out of the country but I don't have the money to go nor the passport. I really don't count Canada as leaving America since they are attached to us. But that's the only country that I've been to. I saw Niagra falls on the Canadian side and that's beautiful.

Yes, I have been out of my country twice, both were trips afforded my job position like your husband's. First time round, I went to Switzerland for 10 weeks and that was a training visit(1987). The second one was to the US Hershey,Philadelphia. This one was a business trip in that I attended a Users Group Meet. Travel helps you understand the culture and sensibilities of a people different from your own. I particularly liked the Swiss trip for the length of stay. It helped me to go around the country and have a fair idea of the whole place. The US trip would have been, a clammed-up-in-a-hotel affair like it was for my other colleagues who went to the UGMs before and after me, but for the munificence of my brother who paid my passage to San Jose, California. He also showed me around by taking me to Reno. What impressed me about the US are the Great Roads- we call'em Expressways in India, they are the Autobahns in Europe- a new feature in our country. The only thought that cossed my mind were-my country Roads should quickly measure up to these.

I hail from Malaysia, a country in South East Asia along the equator. While I have been out of my country before, unfortunately I have not been to many other countries though. The only other two countries that I have ever been to are Singapore and Australia. Singapore is just a neighboring country in Malaysia. Crossing from one country to the other is quite simple without much hassle for citizens from the two countries. My uncle lives and works in Singapore, and most of the times when I've been to Singapore is to visit that uncle of mine. I am lucky enough to have the opportunity to do my tertiary studies in Australia. If I hadn't, I might still be wondering when will I have the chance to travel to any other country besides Malaysia and Singapore.... But it has been a pretty good stay in Australia, and I am really fascinated with this country. I am currently a permanent resident in Australia and I am working full time in Australia right now. Travelling to other countries has always been something I have looked forward to and dreamed of since I was young. After hearing quite a lot of adventure stories from people who have travelled to other countries, I am pretty excited to go and experience it for myself too. I will definitely try to slot some time in the coming year just to have a holiday in another country and enjoy myself after working so hard....

Sadly, I never ever been out off my country, I don't even have a passport. I am planning to do so. I dreamed about it. Someday when I earn and save enough money I want to use it for traveling purpose, just for fun and exploring other country. Have a nice day~

Yes, as a matter of fact I have been abroad. I have been to the US. The purpose of my visit was work. I was there for 2 years.I traveled a lot in the US. So it was nice. I saw most, if not all, of the tourist spots. So though I went for work, I also enjoyed my stay there. Happy myLotting! God will present you a chance too. :)

Yes, I have been out of my country already. The first country we went abroad was HOngkong so I won't forget the experience. We went to the The Peak, Disneyland, Ngong Ping among others. My experiences with other countries abroad are all good as well. It's just that first time has some marks in my heart. :)
