Methods to minimize hair loss?

Is there any DIY remedies or diet that can help me not lose that much hair. It's quite unnerving. And it happens especially during the times i'm stressed. I understand that it's normal. But is there a way to minimize it? I have tried to not comb my hair when it's wet. TO not use a hairdryer but air blow my hair. And i have switched my shampoo upon my stylist's recommendation to the proper shampoo. Is there anything i can do?

You could try not being stressed so much. Take a load off; go running or start doing yoga or start painting - do SOMETHING that relieves your stress. You should also modify your diet and make sure you include lots of protein & enough calories to sustain you throughout the day. Sometimes lacking nutrients in your daily intake causes hair loss.

Avoid tensions. Include green vegetables and fresh fruit in your daily diet. Practice regular exercises and yoga. Drink plenty of water. Avoid exposur4e to sunlight and dust. Washing hair regularly with the powder of dry hibiscus flower is of a better help. Apply bhringaraj oil on scalp regularly for better results.....Dr.habeeb(herbalist)

most people like using conditioner when they wash hair, and most people daub the conditioner from the sclap, it's not good for hair, it will make hair heavy and easily loss, the best way is to daub the hair that below the ears.
