Even when you don't ask for it!! Have you ever wanted just 15 minutes of fame? Did you ever think it would find you even when you weren't looking for it? One family experienced this very thing in a most unusual manner. http://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/news/weird/Rubber-Ducky-Saves-Life-of-Bay-Area-Woman.html How would you react if you learned this had happened to you and yours? Then again, what are the odds that someone you know would be traveling to an Eastern European nation to exactly the right town on the right street to learn of your heretofore unknown "fame"? I think that's the strangest part of this story - that of all the places in the world to have borrowed their photo, they have a friend to just happens to visit there, the very same country, town, street and store that made use of the photo. Talk about that one in a million occurrence!!! But, really - if this were to happen to you, how would you respond? Would you be flattered that they saw you and yours as the perfect representatives of their commercial appeals? Or are you more inclined to be litigious and attempt to sue them for improper use of your image? (Remember - this is in a country that only recently regained its foothold in the world at large.) Or would you just laugh it off and not worry about it any more?
