Family, work and your own happiness, which is your priorities?

My sister work so hard. She have to kids, she is a single mom. she have one son who is 13 years old and will be starting schools as highschool students. Her daughter is 4 months old. I know she is happy but i know sometimes she feel guilt if she dont have much time with her kids. There are no problem with her daughter because the father are supporting them. My sister is working because of her son. They have different father and my nephew never see his dad. He left them before he turn one year old. So for almost 13 years. And my sister dont want to put all the burden with her boyfriend. So she work hard for her son. But she dont have much time with her daughter, work 6 days a week and her work eat ups all her time even her sunday. I know she feel guilty about it but i know time will come when she have to chose between her time with her family and work. what about you, are you also thorn between work and family that you dont have time with your own happiness?
