Goals are powerful, goal setting is very important for people, it gives our energy a specific focus. But chances are that we'll always give up, or break our goals, or change with a new goal without achieving them. Do you always do goal setting for your work or life? and do you always achieve them?

But so many things are 'must', so I often set new goals and always find many of them can not be achieved on time.

Goal setting is a good habit of the people. Boat without knowing destination never reach the harbour. Like that everytime we should set a goal. Whether we can achieve or not is the second one. But Goal setting itself is a big process. It requires so much stuff. Simple desires will not be a goal. Goal is powerful which is hard to get. There is possibility for breaking the goals. This may happen only if you failed to doing perfectly the Goal Setting Process. You need to aware of all those possibilties during Goal Settings.

I think it's very difficult to do a very good Goal Setting. It's too hard to keep your attention focused on the main goal/goals. I'm afraid I have to learn some skills on goal setting.
