How can I upload my profile pic?

How can I upload a profile picture? I've been trying but I can't find the buttons or I just don't know how. Can anyone Help? Thank you very much.

you already did added your profile pic and nice ones you got there. keep uploading friend. and you will have my help for it. ill rate you. so keep up!!! and do make new post, discussions and response to our discussions too. so you could earn and have fun at the same time. always read mylot FAQ for more info. aim high friend! thanks jhelai
