Hey friends, I just wanted to say good nite to you all. I'm on my way to bed now because it's been a long day. I will need plenty of rest for tomorrow. Do you ever feel so tired like you can't stay awake for another second? Than is how I'm feeling right now......... I have enjoyed comments and discussions with you all today and I look forward

i'M SO sleepy!
It's hard for me to fall asleep sometimes too but it won't be hard tonight. I will fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. When I am having a hard time sleeping I learned how to meditate and that helps. What do you usually do? Oh sorry but I will have to read your answer tomorrow, have a good nite and thanks for responding. Right now I'm so sleepy I can hardly see straight, Good nite dear friend! Sleep tight, sweet dreams!
