If they have computer access, or on a delivery business, they should have a GPS system to guide them where they should go. I just ordered a pizza online from PAPA Johns, and they called me right back where I am at. I have to told them exactly how to go in every street and directions on the phone. It takes about 10 minutes get them clear what they should go. Somehow, Papa Johns should provide the GPS for better service and expedite delivery.

well this is always the problem of a delivery job. But a cheaper version is a printable map which is applicable in this country because gps is expensive here. that's why i like to order on those 30 mins or free ^^

You can always find a GPS for less than $100. Online you can find them easily. In fact I saw one two days ago that a department store had on sale for $159 but Tigerdirect was selling a refurbished one for $83, it was the same model. They're good when you venture into unknown territory.

We had the same problem here, only it was not pizza. My husband needed some medical supplies because he is disabled and the guy did not know where our neighborhood was and I live in Winnipeg, MB and it is a place where the prices of housing are so low that when someone moves here, they stay. Yet when we ordered Chinese, even though the lady on the other end could not speak very good English and had a hard time to understand us, she was able to tell her delivery man where our place was and we got our Chinese food in less then half an hour. I think it is laziness and not bothering. Oh did you get the pizza free?

well , i think they should have an online reservation system , savings human resources , did you offer your location for them !? if no . i think you are right , they should have a gps on their places . for the human services , isn't it !? anyway , just enjoy your pizza , if with the ice coca-cola , i think it will be cool , especially on this dry summer , just enjoy your life , have a good one .

You are absolutely right about pizza deliveries having GPS systems in their car. It really does make sense to put one in each delivery car so that way they won't get lost and they will be able to deliver the pizza in a timely fashion for their customers and not lose customers. You have no idea how many times I've ordered pizza for delivery and they're late because they supposedly didn't find the street. Next time I order, I'll use your suggestion on them getting a GPS in their cars. This would especially benefit a new pizza driver if he really doesn't know his way around their delivery areas. Enjoy your pizza!
