If you not looking at something that is too fancy, but some laptop that you can carry with you to anywhere you go. A netbook, called Triple E PC might be good enough for you. The market price for this computer is around $300. And it has great rating from the consumer reports. We hope that price will further down by the time of Christmas.

I think they are good as a brand, they are ASUS EEE PC. ASUS is the best brand for motherboards and they are from Taiwan. Even I have seen there mini net-books and noticed that they are good ones. With Atom Processors are better then other one. I have seen its 1000H model which has Atom Processor, 1 GB RAM, 160 GB HDD and battery back-up is also very good as it has 6 cells battery compared to other net-books which has 3 cells. They are really good ones to purchase!!

asus eepc? well its good if you want a carry anywhere laptop, but if that's not what you want then don't buy one. netbooks are stripped down versions of laptops. Minimal hardware and software. $300 can buy you a secondhand p4 laptop which i think much better than this one. and also if your asking for the oldest eepc then the price has been reduced. im positive that its less than $300 now
