Do you concern about your Sitting position in front of computer?

Hai there,I feel not good now.since I have computer,as a wife house,I have a new activity.Subconsciously,I was sat in wrong position.You know the effect,I feel very very painful on my back.I really regretted not pay attention about it.How with you,whether you care about sitting position in front of computer?Thank for your share.

When I sit and start working on my PC, I am engrossed in my activity and don't bother much about my posture!! And this has led me to have a Survical Strain problem in my shoulder muscles..
You should pay attention on how you sit on the chair as it may give rise to severe problems in your backbone and neck as well.

that's what i did before. but then i am sorry for what happen to me. i should have cared about it for long time ago.
you know i got low back pain, that's hurt and it's not cured yet. but i have to practice swimming to make the pain gone. and repair my back bone.

Yes, i also experiend=ced this problem.I always concern about my position in front of computer.I will change it for sometimes because i know i will get sick at my back if i dont change the position.Then after do all my online jobs,i will exercise for a little time to get fresh at all my body back.I scared if i get bad disease because sit too long in front of computer.Thank you.

you learn alot from your experience. what kind of exercise you do daily after having online job? i do pilates but it's not routine. usually i swim once a week. then i get massage. it help me much to release the pain. but you know the pain is come and come again. since it never be cured 100%.

I worry about it but never seem to find anyway to do it better. I tilt my chair in different ways and adjust the height of my monitor and all kinds of things. But none of it ever seems to work. I just try to be comfortable and avoid pain without worrying about it too much. It seems that just sitting in front of a computer is not doing your body much good no matter what you do to convince it otherwise.

yes, i think what you do is good. we shouldn't have to worry about it to much. for me working 8 hours at office increase the risk to have the low back pain just because the bad posture when sit in front of the computer. since then i need to have a rest every 15 minutes by changing the position and or have a walk to pantry to have a drink.

I've read several articles about the correct position you should adopt when sitting in front of a computer for several hours. I tried to follow every one of them, but then just didn't feel like sitting straigt anymore or doing exercises. I like to be comfortable when I browse the internet and if I'm all twisted... then so be it. Comfort is more important to me then following the rules all the time.

i've been through this. and i used to agree with you. the most comfort way to sit but it's wrong posture. you will not feel it for long lasting. since it will harm you and you will get hurt. once you get the low back pain. and you don't realize it at early stage. it's hard to cure it. since it will come back again and again. why? because we can't change it anymore the way we sit. and it's hard to restructure your spine.
