if you want more responses to your discussions, you have to post something that would really be interesting to most users here. and also when somebody responded to your discussions reply them also, most users like their responses to be responded by the one who started it and sometimes when it happens they will respond again to your discussion. also try responding to other people's discussion too, so they will respond to yours when yous tart a new one, make friends here, if you have many friends, chances are they will respond to your discussions. but remember, respond to others so you can get a response back.

The best thing to receive a huge number of responses is to create a discussion where topic is of interest to many. I created several discussions myself and some have only few responses while there were some with a lot of responses. I have one that actually raised an around 90+ responses. As of now, I haven't started with a new discussion as I couldn't think of a good topic yet. So I am spending my time answering existing posts.

The discussions that you start must be simple and something that everybody can have an opinion on. For instance, starting a discussion on political events will eliminate people who are not interested in this topic. From what I have seen, discussions about people's personal morals have interested a lot of people. Keep your start short and to the point. Maybe try not to give too much away about your views and save them for when somebody comments. You can respond to each comment then without repeating yourself.

I too don't know how to get more response. Well i have also started many but only 1 or 2 have got something about 25 responses. I think the discussion that we start should be something which everyone can answer. But i also don't know so can't give any answer. Happy mylotting.
