How do I get people to post on my site?

I've got a new blog suggesting different topics, plots and ideas for writers. I've written a few posts myself but I've also got an option for people to post their own ideas. I'm looking for contributors with talent and imagination who are willing to share their ideas. The problem is that I can't pay for their contributions and although I offered to post a link to their website/blog, I haven't got any offers yet. Could you help me with some suggestions and advice?
