Twitter Isn't Looking So Geeky Now

So, I learned on mylot that you could make money on Twitter, so like many of my friends searching for ways to make an extra dollar or two I jumped right on that band wagon.
I really have no idea what kind of money that I can make, but I did manage to make it to 82 followers today, and since I had 4 followers yesterday and I only got on the computer about three hours ago I think I'm doing well.
I really didn't know what to think about Twitter when I first learned about it. It was just another networking site, but I thought it was lame because it didn't have any of the neat aps that you find on other sites like myspace.
Now I like it... I can reserve my facebook for my AC stuff and my friends and family and I can use Twitter to make bucks, rant a little bit, and share tidbits of knowledge.

At first I too had a not very good first impression of twitter. But as I learned my way around I found it very addicting. How do you get followers? Do you follow them first or you just follow back? I haven't had much time with twitter lately. I have an automatic follow back account and so it saves me time to go and check new followers and follow them back. Regarding making money, I have yet to accumulate at least a thousand or two followers.

Getting followers is really easy if you know how... Just type twitter train into your browser. You will get a metric butt ton of garbage sites trying to sell you a system but there are some sites that work well.
If you have ever played a myspace or facebook game that requires that you have lots of friends like Mafia Wars, then you know the basic idea.
You can even look it up at Associated Content, there are lots of articles about making money on Twitter and getting followers.
