can you handle those ER shows

my mom constantly watches the ER shows with the real gore...blood and everything...can you handle it? i can...but i iknow a lot of the people that come to my house cant handle it. can you?

I don't mind them. They don't really bother me although I love the ones that center around pregnancy and labor. I don't know why and I know I'm weird but there it is. Especially when I am pregnant at the time, its pretty much all that I watch. Drives my husband nuts.

i like watching those too! its amazing! have you seen i didnt know i was pregnant...that one is crazy

I honestly can handle gore and blood in horror movies.
But in terms of shows like House and ER, I don't know why medical gore makes me really uncomfortable.
I think its mostly because its a lot more real than the gore you see in slasher flicks. Also because it can end up happening to you as well...which is very scary...
I can handle watching it, but often have to change the channel when it gets a little too gorey.

yeah...i can handle it the whole way through...sometimes it does get a lot more gorey than those movies...but still i think the way i see it is...its real. its not just fake blood...this guy might really die...(but you know he wont because its the show) but still...idk how that was supposed to help...sorry

I love Trauma Life IN The ER. IT's my fav show. I love guts and glory. That's y i'm so much in horror movies and love court tv shows too like forenscic files etc...None of my friends can handle this stuff so I watch it by myself. But I don't mind.
