I am having that problem too, but my friends suggested me to eat more protein, and just be full on every meal. Eat a good breakfast, not the fatty foods because the fat would still remain in your arms. Try making your own protein shakes in the morning to jump start your day. You can even try eating eggs for breakfast, and then a protein shake. Or maybe I suggest you do the old fashioned workout. Push-ups. Push-Ups help your pecs, shoulders, chest, biceps, etc. I recommend the Perfect Push Up. That is a really good, intense workout to use. I hope my information helps you and good luck with your goal!

You must eat a lot but nutritious food which will help you to gain mass, I also go to a gym and I see people who have similar situations like you and they are asked to eat food which will help them gain mass instead of eating every now and then food with low fats.

I would recommend eating a good meal right before you go to bed. Aim for carbs and protein, like some oatmeal and peanut butter or something like that. Your metabolism is very high, and so if you don't eat right before bed, while you sleep, your body burns your muscle for fuel since there is nothing else in the tank while you sleep. If you eat before bed, your body will burn that during the night instead, and you'll be able to keep more of your muscle mass. Cottage cheese works well too.
