Based on what it says in the Terms of Service, I would have to say that it is not copyrighted. http://www.mylot.com/o/terms.aspx myLot Discussions (number 7) Proprietary Rights in Content on myLot. myLot does not claim any ownership rights in the text, works of authorship, photos, or any other materials that you post to the myLot website. After posting to the myLot website, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such content, and you continue to have the right to use your content in any way you choose. By publishing ("posting") any content on or through the myLot website, you hereby grant to myLot an irrevocable infinite life limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely on and through the myLot website and third party sites with whom myLot has distribution agreements.

What this means to me is that every individual retains the rights to their own intellectual property here. It doesn't mean that everyone can reproduce or re-post everyone's else content. In my opinion, the original poster would have to request and receive permission from every individual who posts text, photos, etc., before that material could be used anywhere else - the same way that myLot is granted to use it, as they outline. Basically, you cannot obtain free website content simply by copying and pasting it from myLot.
