Based on what it says in the Terms of Service, I would have to say that it is not copyrighted.

What this means to me is that every individual retains the rights to their own intellectual property here. It doesn't mean that everyone can reproduce or re-post everyone's else content.
In my opinion, the original poster would have to request and receive permission from every individual who posts text, photos, etc., before that material could be used anywhere else - the same way that myLot is granted to use it, as they outline. Basically, you cannot obtain free website content simply by copying and pasting it from myLot.
