It is said that "In order to find the Light, you must first find the darkness" Think about it . .if you are in a room whose windows are curtained off, do you look for a lamp? No you find the curtain! The light is always there. It never leaves. When we take down the curtains (low self esteem, self hatred, egotism, judgment, defeating doubt and all our old enemies) we let love and happiness pour in. Today, remember the Light never left. It is only covered up. So how do you find and tear these "curtains" down so that you can let the Light in and bring all the love and happiness you want and deserve into your life?

In order to find light, i just leave my house and walk outside. it is a no brain er for me.. Love n happiness can not enter you if you fail to open up to accept them, as you are the keeper of your heart n mind.

To tear down the curtains you have to forgive. The light which is love cannot comes in unless you forgive all who you think have hurted you in the past and in order for one to do this you have to seek God's assistance. No one can do this on his/her own. Once you have then you will be able to have the love in your heart. When this light is now shining in your heart then your whole body will reflects it. Forgiveness is divine and we need to practice it.

kerriannc, I agree we must learn to forgive others as well as forgive ourselves... As Gandhi said "The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong" thank you for sharing
