Do you use the same car insurance year after year or do you shop around?

Do you use the same car insurance or do you shop around? Why do you keep your old insurance? Is the price the same or does it go up or down when it is renewal time? Do you not shop for new insurance because it's too much work and you don't have time or do you just really like the insurance you have so much so you are loyal?

Last year my car insurance went from four something to six hundred something for my 20 year old car and I said no way! I used esurance or something like that and now I pay three something every six months.

We had progressive last year and it jumped up about $300 for 6 months for 2 vehicles. I decided I wasn't going to pay for an increase. I found lower insurance immediately. Do you like esurance? My husband and I were just talking about that. We thought we might try getting insurance over the computer. You have to have insurance but it seems they don't have to pay out. LOL

Yeah, it's kind of like how you have to pay taxes even though it isn't required by law. I actually had AIG and right after I switched to Progressive it came out about AIG having financial difficulties. I got the quote by signing up for netquote or esurance or something like that via a My Points offer. Are you a My Points member?
