poison oak from cat

My cat loves me and he loves to hunt in the poison oak, well I have become so sensitive to it that when he rubs against me I break out. Any ideas on what to do? He is very upset if I try to keep him away. Can I wipe him off with something?

Heyya savypat! That's terrible. I have never heard of anyone getting it from a cat. Surely they have something you could use to wipe him off..maybe you could try babywipes. It might help.
