Do you like jelly? Dose eating jelly good for health?

I am a girl who like to eating jelly a lot. Almost every day I will eat several jelly. But someone say it is not good for health if I eat too much jelly. I just wonder if it is true.

There isn't really anything wrong with jelly, it does have a fair bit of sugar in it though, and we aren't supposed to eat too much refined sugar. If you eat jelly instead of lollies, or chocolates, its ok.

before i'm not a big fan of jelly, but when i started engaging in weigth training, jelly are one of my diet cause it has two important amino acid that are required for collagen formation (glycine and parline) which have shown to provide improvements in reducing joint pain, improving cartilage health and prevent joint injury...so keep eating jelly, but moderately, remember somtimes excessive is bad..have a nice day!
